Social Media can be a tricky game to play these days. Finding a balance between authentic but also offering a carefully curated portfolio of images is tough! Just because you’ve done some planning for your session doesn’t mean that your true authentic self cannot be represented.
When Agnes from MamaBear Holistic Care came to me, she asked how we’d be able to show her true self but still find some sort of strategy behind the chaos. This lady has so much to give. Not only is she a business owner, but she’s also a prenatal educator, a lactation counselor, a certified sleep consultant, heart & stroke instructor, AND a car seat technician. She’s basically superwoman and your lifesaver if you’re a soon to be mama.
Every Personal Branding Photography Client gets a phone consultation and in-person design session before we schedule a shoot date. This helps me get to know you, your business and what your goals are. We hash out details, figure out location logistics and agree on your final set of images and how that will look on your ideal platforms. We think 3 steps ahead so that your images can be used multiple times and reused in different ways.
For Agne’s session, we rented a space with nice bright walls and neutral coloured furniture so that we could accent MamaBear’s brand colours, red and blue. Together with brand strategist Jennifer Kolbuc at Mountaintop Consulting, we were able to create content for Agne’s which will carry on for at least 6 months.
If you’re a new mama to be, be sure to check out Mamabear’s website to see how she can help you through this journey into motherhood. Also be sure to check out how amazing her Instagram feed looks with all her new photos at work!
